ContactBuddy by iThemes is the easiest way to add a simple contact form to your widgets, posts and pages on your WordPress sites. The ContactBuddy forms contain the following fields: name email subject message reCaptcha validation option Form submission subject line and destination email location can be edited in the Settings area by the Admin.
